Fun With Paper Strips Post Card Swap - Send by March 13th

How many ways can strips be arranged to make different patterns?  Here are some possibilities:

side-by-side
woven together
scattered strips

alternating colors/patterns
fanned out from a central point
randomly stacked like pick-up sticks
maze or squarish spirals
various width strips
torn strips
criss-crossing, etc.

For this post-card sized swap, cut out strips from colored papers, painted papers, patterned papers, rubber stamped papers, textured papers, hand-made papers, old book pages- and base the design solely on arranging paper strips on any background of your choice.  Minimal additional elements will be allowed.  Main focus is on strips.
